    Bring Your Skills "Home" with Simco

    As a Maintenance Technician with SImco, you'll put your knowledge and skills to work in a comfortable work environment which offers independence while giving you support as needed.  Our Maintenance Technicians have a very important role on our team.  You'll be preparing apartments for move-ins, servicing the needs of our Residents, and making certain that our communities are maintained according to Simco-standard.

    We seek candidates with experience in all aspects of building/home maintenance:

    Electrical

    Plumbing

    Carpentry

    Drywall

    Renovation
