A non-refundable processing fee of $25.00 per applicant is required to hold an apartment. This applies to all applicants over age 18 and guarantors. Upon approval, the processing fee will be applied towards the balance owed on your security deposit. For applications that are denied or cancelled, the processing fee is non-fundable.
